The Heart of Georgia Altamaha Regional Commission (HOGARC) is working on an update to our Regional Plan and needs citizen input.  Residents in Appling, Bleckley, Candler, Dodge, Emanuel, Evans, Jeff Davis, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Tattnall, Toombs, Treutlen, Wayne, Wheeler and Wilcox Counties are encouraged to take the “Regional Plan Survey”.
